The Adlerbert Study Scholarships provide 100% tuition fee waivers for master’s degree study at Chalmers University of Technology, in Sweden. Students from 143 designated low-income countries are eligible to apply, including 16 Arab countries: Algeria, Comoros, Djibouti, Egypt, Iraq, Jordan, Lebanon, Libya, Mauritania, Morocco, Palestine, Somalia, Sudan, Syria, Tunisia, and Yemen.
Four Adlerbert Study Scholarships will be awarded to first-year applicants planning to start their studies in 2025. There are no restrictions on fields of study. Candidates may apply to any of the approximately 40 master’s programmes offered at Chalmers, which include programmes in architecture, biotechnology, computer science, data science, various engineering fields, and technology management. All programmes are taught in English and run for two years, leading to a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree.
Awards cover the full tuition fee for two years (four semesters). Selection criteria focus on academic excellence, with priority given to applicants with a weighted average grade of at least 80%. Additional factors include the reputation of the applicant’s home university, and the priority order of the master’s programmes applicants list in their application.
