World Learning is now accepting applications for Digital Facilitators for the Spring 2026 Experiment Digital English–Spanish Virtual Exchange Program. These part-time, temporary, remote positions play a key role in supporting high school students (ages 14–19) across the U.S. and Latin America as they develop leadership, global communication, and language skills.
The Experiment Digital is a fully online, globally recognized virtual exchange program that connects youth through interactive lessons, discussions, games, and cultural exchange activities. Facilitators help create a safe, fun, and engaging learning environment for participants while building their own professional experience in education, youth development, and international exchange.
About the Facilitator Role
Digital Facilitators:

Guide small groups of students (“families”) through weekly activities

Moderate online discussions and foster community
-
Facilitate bi-weekly live sessions and language lessons (materials provided)

Provide personalized feedback and support to participants

Monitor engagement and track weekly tasks
-
Model professionalism, intercultural respect, and leadership
Time Commitment:
8–10 hours/week
Dates: February 9 – April 26, 2026 (includes 3-week paid training)
Qualifications
Applicants must:
-
Be 21+ by the contract start date
-
Be highly proficient in English and Spanish
-
Have experience working with high school students (virtual experience preferred)
-
Be comfortable with online tools (Zoom, Slack, etc.)
-
Have strong communication, organization, and facilitation skills
-
Have reliable internet access
Preferred: Experience living or working in the U.S. or Latin America.
Compensation & Benefits

Digital Facilitators: $15/hour or local minimum wage (whichever is higher)
