WACO, Texas — The Dr Pepper Museum in Waco is now accepting applications for its Free Enterprise Institute college scholarship.
One award will target a McLennan County recipient, while the other will be designated for a Dallas County resident.
The funding for the scholarship has doubled from $5,000 to $10,000 in 2023.
This increase allows the Museum to award two $5,000 scholarships. The scholarships will be granted to graduating high school seniors pursuing further education at an accredited college in business, entrepreneurship, marketing, or a related field.
Students demonstrating financial need will receive special consideration.
Applications must be submitted online through the museum’s website and are due by Friday, April 19.
