Trinity Fellows participate in a structured program that balances graduate coursework with hands-on professional development. Fellows work alongside organizations tackling social challenges, gaining experience that enhances their leadership, problem-solving, and project management skills. The program is open to graduate students who are committed to making a positive impact in urban communities.

Duration and Structure

  • Length: 21 months

  • Academic Component: Master’s degree in one of 16 fields of study

  • Professional Experience: Placement with a partner organization to support community and organizational initiatives

  • Host Organization Application Deadline: February 20, 2026

  • Host Organization Info Sessions:

    • January 15, 2026, 12:00–1:00 PM
