Funding Overview

This call supports projects that promote information and awareness about the EU Cohesion Policy in 2025.

Deadline: 15th January, 2026.

  • Total score available: 100 points

  • Minimum scores required:

    • Section 1: 21/40

    • Section 2: 16/30

    • Section 3: 16/30

  • Overall minimum score: 53 points
     Only proposals meeting all minimum thresholds will be considered.

Funding Details

  • Maximum grant: €200,000

  • Funding rate: 70% of eligible costs

  • Grant type: Mixed actual cost grant (actual costs, unit costs, and flat rates)

Eligible Costs

✔ Personnel costs
✔ Internal services (actual costs)
✔ Subcontracting (best value required)
✔ Travel, purchases, and other direct costs
✔ Indirect costs: 7% flat rate of eligible direct costs

Not Allowed

✖ Financial support to third parties
✖ Free in‐kind contributions
✖ Guaranteed cost reimbursements

Project Management

If selected:

  1. You will prepare a Grant Agreement with an EU Project Officer.

  2. Project start date is set in the Grant Agreement (normally after signing).

  3. Deliverables will be listed in Annex 1.

  4. No milestones required for this call.

Payments & Reporting

  • Prefinancing: Paid 30 days after agreement enters into force

  • Final payment: After final report approval

  • No interim payments

Reporting required:

  • One final technical & financial report (within 60 days of project end)

Communication Requirements

  • Visibility of EU funding is mandatory

  • Additional dissemination and communication activities are required

  • Rights of use for project results apply

How to Apply

Applications are submitted exclusively online via the Funding & Tenders Portal.

Step 1 — Register

  1. Create an EU Login account

  2. Register your organization → Get PIC (Participant Identification Code)

Step 2 — Submit

  • Part A: Online administrative form + summary budget

  • Part B: Technical proposal (PDF using EC template)

  • Annexes: Upload as PDFs (Excel optional if allowed)
