Funding Details

Maximum grant: €200,000

Funding rate: 70% of eligible costs

Grant type: Mixed actual cost grant (actual costs, unit costs, and flat rates)

Project Management
If selected:

You will prepare a Grant Agreement with an EU Project Officer.

Project start date is set in the Grant Agreement (normally after signing).

Deliverables will be listed in Annex 1.

Payments & Reporting

Prefinancing: Paid 30 days after agreement enters into force

Final payment: After final report approval

How to Apply
Applications are submitted exclusively online via the Funding & Tenders Portal.

Register your organization → Get PIC (Participant Identification Code)

Part A: Online administrative form + summary budget

Part B: Technical proposal (PDF using EC template)
