As part of this global movement, the IPPF European Network (IPPF EN) brings together 30 member associations across Europe and Central Asia, supported by the Regional Office in Brussels, Belgium. IPPF EN plays a crucial role in advocating for SRHR, gender equality, and inclusive policies across the region.

For 2026, IPPF EN is inviting applications for its Strategic Communications Internship, a full-time, paid opportunity designed for passionate young professionals eager to gain hands-on experience in international communications, advocacy, and human rights work.

About the IPPF European Network Strategic Communications Internship

Position: Strategic Communications Intern
Duration: February 2026 – July 2026 (CIP Internship)
Location: Brussels, Belgium (IPPF EN Regional Office)
Compensation: €1300 per month (full-time, paid)

This internship is ideal for someone who is:

  • Proactive, energetic, and eager to learn

  • Passionate about human rights, gender equality, and SRHR

  • Interested in digital communications, campaign strategy, and storytelling

The intern will support IPPF EN’s communications work with the European Union and other regional stakeholders. This includes contributing to outreach campaigns, social media content, advocacy messaging, and storytelling initiatives that highlight barriers to SRHR and elevate community voices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in designing and executing regional campaigns
