FOOTHILLS—The deadline for applications to audition for the 2025 Foothills Music Club scholarships for young musicians is Friday, February 21. Applications must be postmarked by this date.
Talented high school student musicians who are full-time residents or attend school full-time in Polk County, Rutherford County, or Landrum are eligible to audition. Students may audition each year of high school, grades 9 through 12, for a total of four years.
The 2025 auditions will be held Friday, March 8, and Saturday, March 9, at Tryon First Baptist Church.

Students who meet the requirements can obtain application forms and additional scholarship information from their school band, orchestra or choral directors or from their private music teachers.
