FRANKLIN COUNTY — The Rotary Club of St. Albans is offering three $1,000 scholarships to graduating seniors from Franklin County.
Students who demonstrate leadership and live by the Rotary motto, “Service Above Self,” are encouraged to apply by April 1. Applicants must be planning to pursue higher education at a college or university, technical school or certification program.
Applications should include documentation of school or community service, a college or training program acceptance letter and a completed application form. Submit your application and supporting documents to leonberthiaume027@gmail.com.
