About the Humanities Research Fellowships at the University of Manchester

The Bicentenary Research Fellowships in Humanities form part of a major £28 million institutional investment to support over 200 early-career researchers between 2025/26 and 2026/27. Up to 15 Bicentenary Humanities Research Fellowships will be offered, each lasting three years (1 October 2026 – 30 September 2029). The Simon Research Fellowships in Humanities and Hallsworth Research Fellowships in Humanities are funded by historic endowments from Professor H. M.
