About the BRAC Regular Internship Programme

The BRAC Regular Internship Programme is designed for graduate and postgraduate students who are passionate about social impact and development work. The internship runs for a three-month period and provides structured, hands-on learning across BRAC’s diverse programmes and operational units.

Interns contribute to real projects while working closely with experienced professionals in areas such as:

  • Poverty reduction and social protection

  • Humanitarian response and resilience building

  • Skills development and youth employment

  • Social enterprises and innovation

  • Human resources and organisational development

  • Safeguarding, accountability, and governance

Internship Terms and Benefits

  • Working Hours: 8 hours per day

  • Monthly Stipend: BDT 8,000

  • Internship Duration: 3 months
