The Localization Development Accelerator (LDA) Program 2026 is designed to empower grassroots organizations in East Africa by strengthening their internal systems and building long-term resilience. Our program provides cost-effective, impactful support to organizations with annual budgets under $100K, focused on community-driven development in areas such as livelihoods, health, environment, gender equality, queer rights, and educational support.
We partner with funding institutions to run 5-day bootcamps for grantees, addressing key barriers to achieving resilience and sustainability. Through a 9-month hybrid training program that includes online learning, in-person workshops, and 1-on-1 coaching, we help locally-led organizations build their capacity for sustainable impact.
