Eligibility
- The Scholarship is offered subject to the applicant having an unconditional offer of admission to study full-time in the Bachelor of Agricultural Science degree in the Faculty of Science at the University of Sydney.
- Applicants must be international students at the time of application.
Selection Criteria
- The Scholarship will be awarded on academic merit as assessed from the applicant’s application for admission.
- The Scholarship will be awarded on the nomination of the Dean of the Faculty of Science, or their nominated delegate.
Scholarship Value
- The Scholarship is valued at $20,000 per annum for up to 3 years (full-time) only.
- The Scholarship annual value will be paid in equal instalments after the census date of each semester.
- Deferral of the Scholarship is not permitted without the prior permission of the Dean of the Faculty of Science or their nominated delegate, and it is not transferable to another University school, faculty or university.
- The Scholarship will be offered subject to the availability of funds.
- No other amount is payable
Scholarship recipients may be invited to promote the Bachelor of Agricultural Science degree as well as represent the University of Sydney at student orientation, marketing events and corporate networking events.
How to apply
No application is required, as all eligible students who have secured an unconditional offer of admission at The University of Sydney will be automatically considered.
