FRONT RANGE COMMUNITY COLLEGE FOUNDATION
Westminster
News: The Front Range Community College Foundation is seeking volunteers to review scholarship applications from March 10 to 21.
The reviewers will be asked to score 15-20 applications from their home computers. Reviewers will receive additional instructions and scoring rubric during the first week of March and can score the applications online at the reviewer’s convenience.
“Last year, there were more than 1,600 applicants and more than $1 million was awarded,” according to a press release issued by Tanae Peninger, the foundation’s associate director of operations and programs. “This year we have a 10 percent increase in applications and will need 160 volunteers to make a difference in a student’s academic journey.”
