The 10th annual EffingHAM-JAM had several food vendors, a foam adventure, skateboard demonstrations, live music and more to raise money for the Effingham County Chamber Scholarship Program all while bringing the community together.
The scholarship program donates $1,000 scholarships to local high school seniors and adult learners pursuing higher education. Since the program began in 1996, it has awarded $264,000 to over 200 recipients.
