The Greenwood County Medical Alliance presented its annual $500 nursing scholarships to Alana Brown at Lander University and Cadence Ables at Piedmont Technical College.
Brown and Ables were chosen by nursing faculty members for exceptional academic success, leadership, service and dedication to learning. Each student was surprised in a nursing class with the presentation of the scholarship.
In its mission to improve the health of the citizens of Greenwood County, the GCMA is proud to support outstanding nursing students.
