Scholarship applications for the Heart of the Rockies Regional Medical Center (HRRMC) Auxiliary 2025 four-year, renewable scholarship are open.

The scholarship provides $1,500 per year for up to four recurring years. It must be renewed each year.
This scholarship is for 2025 graduating high school seniors in Chaffee County or western Fremont County. Applicants should be accepted into a college or university for fall 2025 in a healthcare field.
A GPA (Grade Point Average) of “B” or better is required. A GPA equivalent of a “B” would be a 3.0.
Applications can be downloaded from HRRMC.com. The deadline for applications is Friday, March 21.
The application packet must contain:
ACT and/or SAT scores are recommended to be included as well, but not required.
Top applicants will be called for an evening interview to be held between Tuesday, April 14 and Friday, April 18. Interviews will be conducted in the HRRMC Shavano Conference Room (1000 Rush Drive, Salida) or remotely via Zoom.
