The 62nd and 65th Regiments Legacy Foundation, Inc. (Foundation) made a generous donation on Thursday.
The Foundation awarded over $300,000 in scholarships to more than 100 Lincoln University students in Jefferson City.
The award represent the Foundation’s continued commitment to the university’s students.
“This remarkable level of scholarship support represents an inspiring beginning to a new academic season,” Foundation President Jerome Offord, Jr. stated.
“It is both a testament to the generosity of our donors and a call to uphold the highest standards of stewardship and fiscal responsibility.”
The Foundation's mission was to develop, manage and award funds for scholarships in accordance with donor intent to qualified Lincoln University students.
