LANSING, MI – A record 56,100 students across Michigan receive Michigan Achievement Scholarship aid that reduces or eliminates their college tuition, Gov. Gretchen Whitmer announced Thursday.
The scholarship, which Whitmer signed into law in 2022, provides free tuition for community college and up to $27,500 for an in-state public university, private college or four-year degree program at a community college.
