“Legacy in Lights: The Diamond Edition” Set for August 30 at Sandy Creek High School
FAYETTE COUNTY, GA – The Miss Fayette/Coweta County Scholarship Competition will shine brighter than ever as it celebrates its 10th Anniversary Crowning on Saturday, August 30, 2025, at 7:00 PM at Sandy Creek High School. This year’s theme, “Legacy in Lights: The Diamond Edition,” honors a decade of empowering young women, building community connections, and awarding educational scholarships.
As a local preliminary to the Miss Georgia and Miss America Organizations, the Miss Fayette/Coweta County Scholarship Competition is part of the nation’s leading provider of scholarships for women. Through the Miss America Opportunity, contestants develop leadership skills, showcase their talents, and earn scholarship awards to further their education.
“We are proud to be a part of an organization that invests in the future of young women while promoting service, scholarship, success, and style,” said the pageant’s directors. “This milestone year is a celebration of the past, present, and future of our program.”
Contestant spots are still available in both the Teen and Miss divisions. Interested candidates can learn more by emailing [email protected] or visiting www.missfayettecounty.org.
The public is encouraged to come out and support this inspiring event. Tickets will be available at the door or in advance on the website. All proceeds directly benefit the scholarship fund, helping local young women achieve their educational goals.
Join us for an unforgettable night of elegance, talent, and community spirit as we crown our next Miss Fayette County and Miss Coweta County – the young women who will carry forward the diamond legacy.
