HILLSBORO, Ohio — Southern State Community College is accepting scholarship applications for the Spring 2026 semester. Funding is available for both current and new students.
The application will remain open through the first week of spring classes in January, but the priority review deadline is Nov. 30, 2025. College officials said students only need to complete one application to be considered for multiple scholarships.
Scholarship amounts are based on full-time enrollment for the spring semester, which begins Jan. 12, 2026. Awards will be prorated for students who are enrolled part-time.
Due to program funding rules, high school students participating in the College Credit Plus program are not eligible to apply.
Registration for the spring semester opens Oct. 28.
