Loyal Ladies, an Extension Homemakers club “loyal to providing scholarships to students pursuing a career in nursing,” this year gave its annual scholarships to a National Park College student and a 4-H student who will be attending the college, the club said in a news release.
On April 18, the club presented a nursing scholarship to Addison Bovee at the Nursing & Health Honors Day held at the college. She is currently an LPN student at National Park College.
On April 16, it presented Candence Vincent, “an outstanding 4-H member,” with a scholarship to National Park College, where she will begin her nursing studies in the fall. Her goal is to become a registered nurse, Loyal Ladies said in a news release.
