WARREN — Students from across the northwest and north central regions of the Pennsylvania commonwealth will be convening today (May 7) in Warren for the inaugural Student-Run Manufacturing Enterprise (SRME) Summit hosted by Northwest Industrial Resource Center (NWIRC).
