First Southern State Bank today announced the 2024 Young Leader Scholarship winners for Jackson County.     
Angelina Blumenstock plans to attend Auburn University to pursue a degree in International Studies.  Ms. Blumenstock is a graduate of Section High School.  
Kenidy Hill plans to attend Northeast Alabama Community College this fall to pursue a degree in Pre-Pharmacy.  Ms. Hill is a graduate of North Sand Mountain High School.  
Brinlee Potts plans to attend the University of North Alabama to pursue a degree in Nursing.  Ms. Potts is a graduate of Skyline High School.  
Ethan Roberts plans to attend Northeast Alabama Community College to pursue a degree in Business.  Mr. Roberts is a graduate of Scottsboro High School.
Akia Summers plans to attend Jacksonville State University to study Nursing.  Ms. Summers is a graduate of North Jackson High School. 
Waylon Taylor plans to attend Northeast Alabama Community College to pursue a degree in Business.  Mr. Taylor is a graduate of Woodville High School.
