ROCKLAND — Rockland Rotary awarded $1,500 scholarships to each of the eight outstanding and highly qualified high school students from Medomak Valley and Oceanside high schools. The scholarship recipients and their parents were invited to a special Rotary luncheon in honor of their accomplishments.
Receiving scholarships are Sara Nelson, Maya Cannon and Evelyn Overlock from Medomak and Jean Muriro, Sophie Daggett, Hannah Erickson, Geneva Alley, and Hayley Tufts from Oceanside.
