BRYAN, Texas (KBTX) – The Hispanic Forum of the B/CS is preparing for its 26th annual scholarship gala on July 13.
Attendees can enjoy a three-course dinner, live music entertainment, and a silent auction making a difference in the lives of local students.
“This is essentially where our entire year efforts come to fruition with awarding scholarships to our high school seniors,” said VP, Andrea Robles-Esparza.
To date, the organization has given out more than 800 scholarships, and more than $1.5 million in scholarships since 1998.
“We have always had the support of this community over the years, our goal this year is to reach $175,000 in scholarships,” said Public Relations Officer, Jaime Cavazos.
