QUINCY — The July membership meeting of the Adams County Retired Teacher Association ACRTA) was held July 17, at the John Wood Mansion Visitor Center. Jessica Hoselton, executive director of the Illinois Retired Teacher Association (IRTA) presented Quincy student Sophia Neally with a $2,000 scholarship. Neally will enroll at Illinois State University as a junior in the fall, majoring in special education.
Neally is the daughter of Chris Neally and Annette Neally.
