INTRODUCTION
The Graduate Trainee Programme is an I.T./digital skills training that leads to various employment pathways in the I.T. industry. The training is an integrated program designed to promote continuous learning and development that will enhance skills, open job prospects, and lead to industry credentials. The focus is on university graduates in Ghana who have completed their mandatory national service. The training program is designed to be completed onsite. It is full-time with a mix of instructor-led sessions and self-paced learning modules. Learners will also be provided with a monthly stipend to facilitate their learning.
