AMARILLO, Texas (KFDA) – The Amarillo Tri-State Fair and Rodeo has announced the top five finalists for its inaugrual Ambassador Scholarship.
The program, open to high school juniors across the Texas Panhande, seeks to identify outstanding students that excel in leadership, integrity, and community involvement.
The 2025 finalists for the inaugrual Tri-State Fair and Rodeo Ambassador Scholarship are:
Finalists will complete an in-person panel interview in April and answer questions about their connection to the Tri-State Fair’s mission and their vision for ambassadorship.
A news release states the winner will receive a $25,000 scholarship and serve as the Tri-State Fair Ambassador during their senior year of high school.
“This scholarship will give one high school unior a platform to represent out longstanding, nonprofit organization, further develop their leadership skills and promote the mission of the Tri-State Fair and Rodeo, not to mention the invaluable experience engaging with the community,” said Brady Ragland, CEO of the Tri-State Fair and Rodeo. “We are incredibly proud of this program.”
According to the news release, the winner will be announced following the interview process.
