Anniston City Schools announced that students have surpassed last year's $10.9 million in scholarships at the Infinite Scholars Scholarship Fair held on Oct. 21 at Anniston High School.
The school district announced $15.9 million worth of scholarships were awarded. Three hundred students attended the event, with 20 colleges and partners.
The district expressed gratitude to everyone involved in the event's success and gave a special shoutout to the AHS Class of 2026 for their impressive scholarship and college acceptance awards.
