Anniston students earn record $15.9 Million in scholarships – The Anniston Star

Anniston City Schools employees gather for a group photo in recognition of Breast Cancer Awareness Month. Throughout October, the district honored survivors, remembered those lost, and promoted education and early detection through special events, awareness activities, and campuswide displays of support and solidarity.
The Anniston High Bulldog Ambassadors kicked off their community service year by volunteering at the Elizabeth Williams Breast Cancer 5K Run/Walk. Led by Coach Sam Green, the students showed their Bulldog spirit through service, compassion, and support for those affected by breast cancer.
Anniston Middle School Peer Helpers and sponsors gather outside the school after celebrating Breast Cancer Awareness Month by displaying a handmade sign and distributing pink ribbons to parents, faculty, and staff. The group also joined classmates in recognizing National Bullying Prevention Month with “Put Bullying to Rest” Pajama Day, promoting kindness and a supportive school community.
