OLEAN — Cutco Corporation has announced that eight high school seniors set to graduate this month are the recipients of the Cutco Sons and Daughters Scholarship.
This scholarship is awarded annually to a number of graduating high school seniors whose parents are employed by Cutco and its subsidiaries. They will receive $8,000 ($2,000 annually) toward their college education.
The company congratulates this year’s Cutco Sons and Daughters Scholarship recipients, as follows:
KAYLA BURROWS is the daughter of Jim (master mechanic) and Bridget Burrows. She plans to attend St. Bonaventure University, majoring in elementary special education.
TRISTAN CLAYSON is the son of Rebekah (accounting manager) and Shawn Clayson. He plans to attend the University at Buffalo, majoring in mechanical engineering.
OLIVIA GRAHAM is the daughter of Jason (transfer polisher) and Kristine Graham. She plans to attend Jamestown Community College, majoring in nursing.
LUKE KERR is the son of Jack (blade prep operator) and Linda Kerr. He plans to attend the University of Pittsburgh at Bradford, majoring in business administration.
BENJAMIN KUNKEL is the son of Jeff (director of sales development, Vector Marketing Corp.) and Karen Kunkel. He plans to attend Spring Arbor (Mich.) University, majoring in music education.
MAX MATHESON is the son of Paul Matheson (director of legal affairs) and Kirsten Bogue. He plans to attend Penn State Behrend, majoring in plastics engineering technology.
LAUREN O’KEEFE is the daughter of Tim (chief operating officer) and Melissa O’Keefe. She plans to attend Miami University of Ohio, majoring in business marketing.
KATE RHINEHART is the daughter of Kary (staff accountant) and Ken Rhinehart. She plans to attend St. Bonaventure, majoring in early childhood special education.
