ROCHESTER, Minn. (KTTC) – On this first Friday of Lent, many Christians are firing up the fryers!
Lourdes Foundation hosted its annual Fish Fry Friday night at the Rochester International Event Center.
Lourdes Foundation raises funds to support student scholarships at Rochester Catholic Schools.
The event pre-sold nearly 500 tickets and wrapped up around 7:30 p.m.
Fish fries are popular for many Christians during the time leading up to Easter when many abstain from eating meat on Fridays.
