The Polk State College Foundation is briefly reopening its application due to a limited number of scholarships that have recently been made available, providing another opportunity for Polk State students to receive Foundation scholarships for the 2024-2025 Academic Year.
Students can apply from July 22 through July 29 online at polk.academicworks.com.
It is important to note that individuals who are interested in applying should ensure that they are registered Polk State students. Prospective students must submit a free, online application to Polk State. Students who have not taken courses at Polk State for three consecutive semesters should reapply and be readmitted to the College as a returning student.
Foundation scholarships will be available for use starting in the Fall 2024 Semester and may be used in subsequent terms until they are fully expended, expired, or terminated pursuant to donor requirements.
The Foundation proudly awards approximately $1.4 million in student scholarships each year.
