The Northern Regional Hospital Foundation recently announced the 2025 recipients of the Robin Hardy Hodgin Education Scholarship, awarding $5,000 scholarships to two “exceptional high school seniors pursuing healthcare careers.”
Abby Epperson of Mount Airy High School and Ella Riggs of North Surry High School were chosen as the scholarship recipients this year. The scholarships are designed to help cover the cost of tuition, books and supplies for students enrolling in accredited healthcare programs in nursing, pharmacy or other allied health professions.
