Three local students are among 11 scholarship recipients for the Grow Southeast Alabama Workforce Development Scholarship Program for the 2023-24 school year.
Each of the recipients will receive a $1000 scholarship towards a two-year trade program at a community college within the 11-county footprint.

Many of the Grow Southeast Alabama counties are adding funds from their local economic development authorities to further support these student scholarships and contribute to workforce development in their respective counties.
