Arkansas Scholarship Lottery transfers $48 million for college scholarships – camdenarknews.com

The director of the Arkansas Scholarship Lottery and state’s higher education commissioner on Thursday touted the transfer of $48 million to the Arkansas Division of Higher Education to fund college scholarships for the fall semester as the largest transfer in the lottery’s 16-year history.
