LA CROSSE, Wis. (WKBT) — The La Crosse chapter of the American Associated of United Women hosted its annual Art Fair on the Green on Viterbo’s campus today.
The fair was free to attend, but donations will contribute to local scholarships and grants for women in the area seeking higher education.
“Education opens a lot of doors to people, to high schoolers we give scholarships, to college students and, like I said, to older students returning,” said Sharon DiCicco, artist co-chair.
Other than indulging in local artwork, attendees could also treat themselves to refreshments and visit food trucks. A raffle on work from different artists was also hosted.
