Arkansas Tech University scholarship donors and students enjoyed time together during a luncheon hosted by the ATU Division of Advancement on Friday, April 4.
Arkansas Tech University students who have benefited from scholarships through the ATU Foundation met some of the donors who make those opportunities possible during a luncheon at Williamson Hall Dining Room on Friday, April 4.
“I just want to say thank you,” Dr. Russell Jones, ATU president, said during the event. “The word that comes to my mind is opportunity…opportunities that are created and opportunities that are taken advantage of. You, as students, have taken advantage of an opportunity to go to a great school, Arkansas Tech. By doing that, you have increased your opportunities in the future. Your success is strengthened by your time here.
