People interested in pursuing a career in aviation and aerospace now have until May 11 to apply for a scholarship provided by Kelowna’s airport. The deadline has been extended from April 30.
Two scholarships, of $3,500 apiece, are offered by YLW in partnership with the B.C. Aviation Council.
“There are countless different opportunities in aviation with careers ranging from aircraft maintenance, air traffic control, airport management, and many more,” says YLW manager Sam Samaddar.

More than $200,000 worth of scholarships and other supports are available from the BC Aviation Council.
