The Bartholomew County Republican Ladies League presented four one-time scholarship awards of $1,000 each to selected recipients on April 23.
This year’s scholarship recipients are:
Scholarship applicants must:
· Pursue a college degree at a 2- or 4-year Indiana college or university
· Have at least a 3.0 GPA
· Be involved in extracurricular school, community, or political activities
· Pass the five-question political history test
· Complete a separate, one-page essay
· Be a resident of Bartholomew County
Nobody covers Columbus, Indiana and the surrounding areas like The Republic.
