Canadian colleges and universities can submit only one proposal as the main institution for a scholarship project. This BCDI 2030 project must partner with at least one higher education institution from one of the 26 eligible countries. However, they can also be partners in multiple proposals with different main institutions. The study projects in Canada can last up to four years and must take place between 2025 and 2029.
Colleges and universities that got funding in the first call for BCDI 2030 can apply again in this second call. However, they must submit a proposal for a new project in a different field or with a different partner.
