There were 3 vocal scholarships awarded to students at Big Spring High School: Arielle Viera (Junior), Juliana Summers (Graduating Senior) and Marlie Ausbie (Junior). We wish to congratulate these exceptional students who not only excel in music, but many other areas, including academics and sports.
There were 3 vocal scholarships awarded to students at Big Spring High School: Arielle Viera (Junior), Juliana Summers (Graduating Senior) and Marlie Ausbie (Junior). We wish to congratulate these exceptional students who not only excel in music, but many other areas, including academics and sports.
The Big Spring Symphony Guild is proud to present their 2025 Graumann Family Memorial Scholarship Recipients. Kenzli Caudill (Junior) from Forsan High School got an instrumental scholarship on euphonium. There were 3 vocal scholarships awarded to students at Big Spring High School: Arielle Viera (Junior), Juliana Summers (Graduating Senior) and Marlie Ausbie (Junior). We wish to congratulate these exceptional students who not only excel in music, but many other areas, including academics and sports.
The scholarship name was changed after the sudden passing of the Big Spring Symphony’s longtime music director and conductor, Dr. Keith Graumann in March 2023. Phyllis Graumann was his mother and both of them dedicated much of their time and resources to the Big Spring Symphony Orchestra to make it the great organization it is today.
