BOARDMAN, Ohio – The Boardman Civic Association has awarded scholarships to 10 local graduating seniors who have demonstrated excellence in academic, civic and community participation.
The scholarship recipients, who will be honored at an awards dinner Monday at the Lariccia Family Community Center in Boardman Park, will receive a $750 scholarship for their continued education or training. Traci Hostetler, superintendent of the Educational Service Center of Eastern Ohio, will be the guest speaker at the event.
