The event, which takes place at Monroe Sports Center, 15425 S. Dixie Hwy., is set for Friday, May 9. Check-in starts at 6 p.m., with bowling beginning at 6:30 p.m.
Teams of four can register for $120, which covers three games of 9-pin no-tap bowling, shoe rental, pizza and dessert. The evening will also feature raffles for various donated prizes and baskets.
The foundation is offering several sponsorship opportunities for individuals and organizations. Lane Sponsorships are available for $75, Team Sponsorships for $170, Corporate Sponsorships for $425, and VIP Corporate Sponsorships for $625.
Sponsors are encouraged to notify the foundation as soon as possible to ensure inclusion in all printed materials and publications.

“All of the proceeds from Strikes, Spares & Scholarships will benefit The Foundation at MCCC’s scholarship program, added to the nearly $90,000 that have been raised through this event, now in its 17th year,” said Joshua W. Myers, executive director of the Foundation at MCCC.
Each year, more than 200 scholarships are awarded, ranging from $250 to full tuition for two years of study at MCCC.
In addition to nearly $325,000 in traditional scholarships for tuition, fees and books, the foundation has recently begun awarding emergency scholarships. These are intended to assist students in need of equipment such as laptops or Wi-Fi access, or help with transportation or short-term child care needs, to continue their studies and achieve their higher education goals.
“Events like Strikes, Spares & Scholarships are a win-win for our students, of course, but also for our donors who have the opportunity to come out and enjoy an evening of fun while knowing their dollars are going to such a worthy cause,” Myers added.
