The Callaway County Chapter of the Mizzou Alumni Association distributed scholarships to local students during its 29th anniversary banquet Thursday evening.
A release states Marwa Sherzad from Fulton High School, Sophie Geppert from North Callaway High School and Natalie Shryock from North Callaway High School each received a $1,000 scholarship.
Emily O’Leary is the editor of the Fulton Sun. She is responsible for gathering news in the community and ensuring coverage of local events. She joined the Fulton Sun in 2023 and previously served as a reporter.
