(KNSI) — The St. Cloud Area Chamber of Commerce Foundation and several local business partners awarded 37 scholarships to area students through its Unite for Success Scholarship Program.
The 2024 scholarship awards were made possible due to Bernick’s, Coborns/Cash Wise, DeZURIK, GATR Truck Center, Glenn J. Imholte and the Chamber Connection, PineCone Vision Center, St. Cloud State University, and the St. Cloud Lions, who all participated as funding partners for this year’s program.
In a press release, Julie Lunning, President of the St. Cloud Area Chamber of Commerce said the Unite for Success Scholarship Program “is a meaningful way for the Chamber and our members to invest in the future of our communities Each of these students has demonstrated commitment to their education and strong potential for future success.”
The scholarship program serves students from more than 18 high schools throughout the greater St. Cloud area and awarded $20,100. When it started in 1978, there were six sponsors who contributed $1,400 in total funding.
