Indiana extended a scholarship to class of 2026 forward Latrell Allmond on Friday.
Allmond reported the offer from the Hoosier staff on his Instagram account.
The 6-foot-8, 225-pound big man plays at John Marshall in Richmond, Virginia and for Team Loaded on the adidas 3SSB circuit.
Allmond is considered a four-star prospect and the No. 43 player nationally according to the 247Sports Composite rankings.
According to MaxPreps.com, he averaged 21.8 points, 7.8 rebounds, 2.3 blocked shots, 1.7 steals and 1.4 assists last season as a junior at John Marshall.
Allmond has offers from Florida State, Georgetown, Louisville, LSU, Mississippi State, Missouri, NC State, Ole Miss, Providence, Rutgers, Tennessee, Texas A&M, VCU, Virginia and several other schools.
He took a visit to Tennessee last fall when new IU assistant Rod Clark was on staff with the Volunteers.
