A Franklin County graduate has been awarded a scholarship from CleanChoice Energy.
Jason Blackett, a senior from James Buchanan High School, was given the $5,000 award for his future studies in renewable energy and environmental science, according to an announcement from the company. The scholarship is intended to support future leaders in these fields.
