ALEXANDRIA — The Pioneer Heritage Conservation Trust is currently accepting applications for its $1,500 student scholarship program, available to qualifying students attending a college or university in the fall of 2025.
Applicants must live in one of the four counties PHCT serves: Douglas, Grant, Pope or Ottertail.

In addition, students must major in one of the following fields: Wildlife, conservation or natural resources.
The number of $1,500 scholarships available each year will be determined by the PHCT Board of Directors.
Application deadline is May 31.
Established in 1985, the Mission of the Trust is to promote long-term stewardship of the land and its resources through conservation projects, conservation education, grants, and scholarships. Members and guests are invited to attend the quarterly meetings held in Evansville.
