The Daniel Boone Optimist Club is seeking applicants for its 2025 scholarship program. This year five scholarships are available to graduating high school seniors residing in the Daniel Boone School District:
One James C. Erdman Memorial Scholarship. This scholarship is for $2,000. Applicants must plan to pursue study leading to a degree in the medical field.
One Daniel Boone Optimist Club Memorial Scholarship. This scholarship is for $2,000 and will be awarded to a student whose actions most resemble the Optimist Creed and who inspires the respect and admiration of classmates as a result.
One Daniel Boone Optimist Club STEM Scholarship for a student going into a field science, technology, engineering or mathematics field. We are so excited to add this award to our scholarship program this year.
Two Daniel Boone Optimist Club Scholarships for the Performing and Visual Arts. Each scholarship is $1,000 and will be awarded to students who plan to major or minor in the arts.
Daniel Boone Area High School students will use the District’s Naviance system to access this information and submit their applications as instructed by the Guidance Department.
